Its Me, The Photographer

Incase you haven’t caught my name, Im Ashley! I wanted to share a few details about myself so you can have a better idea of who you’d be working with. I am originally a Tennessee girl who is most comfortable in overalls. I am a dreamer, runner, creator of art and a fan of comedy! I met my Oklahoma husband through mutual friends when I was 18 years of age. He is now an Army Aviator with a huge heart and can make anyone laugh. We have two children together with lots of personality. I guess you could say they are my two favorite subjects to photograph! I am always learning new ways to ride the waves of life!

We have been stationed at Camp Lejuene, NC, Pearl Harbor, HI, Fort Rucker, AL, Schofield Barracks, HI, Fort Bliss, TX, and now Fort Riley, KS. We have become quite good at adapting to new places and try to see the best in each place. Im alway open to see new places and meet new faces.

As a photographer, I hold my camera in my hands and put forth my skills and vision to capture moments as I see them. I specialize in a candid/lifestyle photography using natural light, but can utilize light that is created. I have been shooting since my first camera, which was a film ninja turtle camera my brother gave to me when I was 8 years old. I then found my obsession with preserving moments. I started professionally shooting as a photographer in 2010. I love to pick out the raw personality of each individual and try and show that in my photos.
